Community Manager - Unfold Agency
UNFOLD (unfoldagency.com) is an award-winning digital creative agency located in Los Angeles. We service the world’s most dynamic entertainment and brand clients with services that span across the digital landscape.
UNFOLD’s social team is looking for an experienced Community Manager, who will be the primary voice in the conversations between our client’s project and the audience. The Community Manager has a passion for pop culture and current events, and has a strong understanding of how to cut through the noise to interact with audiences in ways that resonate with them, that also propel the campaign forward.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Schedule and post all social content on multiple accounts throughout the week and weekend as laid out in the social campaign calendar.
Monitor/flag missing elements as needed.
Respond to fans using brand voice on all applicable social platforms throughout the day during client-determined or self-imposed social page sweeps multiple times each day.
Craft and post live tweets and timely event-style content as needed, often on weekends.
Track content performance and report weekly, monthly, or quarterly on performance and insights applicable to our social strategy.
Participate in internal brainstorms to create new content to further social strategy goals.
Here’s what it takes:
1+ year of social media experience; entertainment industry preferred
Expert knowledge of all current social media platforms; familiarity with up-and-coming platforms
Excellent writing and overall communication skills
Some experience with social content optimization is preferred
Understanding of social workflow, distribution, and analytics software
Available to work nights and weekends to continue conversations with audiences
