Apple TV+ Social Media - Influencer Lead - ContractorYou are an extraordinary leader who is highly plugged into the internet and popular culture. You keep your finger on the pulseof conversation across entertainment, pop culture and brands. You know what it means to listen, participate, and spark thoughtful discussions with fans through content creation. You understand the influencer landscape and have content creator management experience. You are a seasoned storyteller and creative visionary with a cutting edge understanding of internet, short-form video, memes, and zeitgeist content — whocan also demonstrate real ROI.As a part of the broader Apple TV+ Marketing Organization, our team’s purpose is to drive conversation and love for our brand, titles, talent, and our fans across the social ether. 

Key Qualifications10+ years working on broad, multi-platform marketing roles and delivering world-class strategies and campaigns with big impact (reach and engagement)Experience working within the Entertainment industry and/or highly consumer-centric brands with success in the social and content creator spaceYou know what works across various social platforms and experience in multi-channel distribution effortsYou have an expertise in building influencer and creator stategies across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram Experienced in creator management and briefing - including strategy, identification, briefing, content creation, feedback and relationship management Excellent communicator, strategist and creative - can set context, influence ideas and rally teamsHighly driven self-starter who is proactive, has a good sense of prioritization and ability to move large amounts of work with precisionHas a deep and broad network of expertise and partners to bring to our effortsPioneering Spirit and highly collaborative - loves working with others and isn’t afraid to lead or follow or to take smart risks and judgement calls to push high impact work forwardExperience working directly with talent and creators and is skilled in pitching and presenting and reading the roomExperience leveraging social analytics and utilizing publishing toolsExperience using data and intuition to make smart content that gets people talkingCross-functionally excellent. Able to build strong relationships and work across a highly matrixed organization. 

ResponsibilitiesBuilding our influencer and content creator strategy across our titles and brandDriving tailored strategies across big and smaller projects that deliver strong creative across social platformsWorking with partners to align on contracts, briefings and creative processesConceptualizing formats and programming that builds influence with our key audiences Sharing your deep expertise of the content creator landscape and working with influencersDriving influence and impact with inter-team partners to support in shaping our title campaigns to drive our strategy forwardManages creative strategy across internal and external creative partners and agencies to ensure consistent programming outputUses internal and external social analytics to inform strategy and iterate on creativity and innovation Able to take key business goals and build impactful, engaging creative to help achieve themDeveloping and reporting against key KPIs and success metrics in order to drive the businessEnsuring brand consistency in marketing, messaging, and creative by working with the various internal and external partnersProviding training, guidance and best practices to the individual lines of businessMonitoring competitor activity and ensuring brand safetyWorking with marketing teams across the business to educate and integrate content creator work across all marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATION/ LICENSURE :

  • Preferred years of experience : 10+ Years

  • Travel Required : 25% or less

  • Business Day Timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
