ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise week to week operations of each campaign working closely with shared resources to guide work and ensure alignment with established campaign/brand strategy.
Understand and represent the client’s point of view to the rest of the team, always working to exceed expectations.
Assist and contribute to creative/strategy decks for campaigns, new business / RFPs, and perform all tasks, as guided by the Director, to ensure the success of the campaign work.
Work closely with Finance on scopes of work and business management.
Support Account and Project Coordinator(s), providing weekly feedback, workflow solutions, and identifying areas of growth.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Communication planning & management (internal and external)
Articulation & delegation of actionable tasks (internal and external)
Project organization & presentation of scoped services and deliverables
Management & mentorship of an account coordinator
Has a broader understanding of integrated marketing considerations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years social media account management required, entertainment industry, and/or gaming industry a plus
Bachelor's Degree required
Excellent client relationship skills and experience working with high touch clients
Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe and project management software
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining a high attention to detail
