Community Manager - Full-Time

UNFOLD’s social team is looking for an experienced Community Manager, who will be the primary voice in the conversations between our client’s project and the audience. The Community Manager has a passion for pop culture and current events, and has a strong understanding of how to cut through the noise to interact with audiences in ways that resonate with them, that also propel the campaign forward.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate community engagement across client, owned and operated social channels

  • Monitor social channels for culturally, significant moments and trends, and propose creative ways to enter into the conversation

  • Craft and post live tweets [and associated hashtags] and timely event-style content as needed, often on weekends.

  • Manage all scheduled posts

  • Manage monthly editorial and marketing calendars

  • Pull channel data and metrics to create comprehensive client reports

  • Ability to create low lift creative content such as memes and stills using Photoshop and TikTok / Reels using native tools is a plus 


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years in a community management / social role

  • Ability to develop creative, engaging and original content

  • Expert knowledge of all current social media platforms; familiarity with up-and-coming platforms

  • Outstanding writing and overall communication skills

  • Friendly and outgoing personality

  • Good judgement and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with both native (i.e. - Creator Studio) and external (i.e.- Sprout Social) content scheduling programs

  • Ability to think strategically, and creatively, using sound business judgment

  • Strong project management skills and experience working with cross functional teams

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action
