Overview
The Account Executive of Key Art is responsible for helping grow MOCEAN in the areas of key art, digital and social, by finding business opportunities, managing customer relationships and communicating our product value to clients. The ideal candidate will be well versed in the key art, digital and social products and services MOCEAN offers as well as experienced in sales, customer service and managing relationships. The Account Executive will be expected to be a reliable professional who works in sales role, helps to maintain or extend existing accounts, and develops new accounts.
Responsibilities
Drive organic growth through pre-existing relationships and unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long term relationships.
Manage the entire sales life cycle by finding clients, participating in the preparation of pitch decks, strategic briefs and presentations, present to clients and secure deals.
Report on project progress, identify progress against time, cost, scope, and quality expectations.
Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
Remain in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs.
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customers satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation.
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
Skills / Preferences
Undergraduate degree from a four-year university in marketing, sales, business, communication or another related field.
At least 4 years of related work experience in other sales/customer service role.
Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ability to learn required business systems.
Strong knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
An ease with people, an ability to build new relationships easily, and beyond all else, confidence in the key art/digital/social products and services MOCEAN offers.
Excellent verbal andwritten communication/presentation, as well ability to build relationships and influence.
Result-oriented and customer-focused with a passion for the creative process, a business acumen, enthusiasm and passion for the business.
