Senior Producer Social - Full time

Responsible for the planning, and execution of the Creative Social, Digital & Integrated portfolio of client projects. This role interfaces with a diverse mix of internal and client stakeholders, all working towards the goal of delivering highest standard creative projects. You’ll own the lifecycle of a project as well as schedules and budgets as well as jumping into creative brainstorms.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the planning and execution of the Creative Social, Digital & Integrated portfolio of client projects. Directly manage multiple client projects and service throughout all phases, from ideation to delivery.
Manage client relationships and expectations.
Work directly with all resources in the creative cycle, setting clear expectations for tasks and deliverables; providing timely feedback, information and direction to teams while diplomatically managing expectations
Develop and maintain project briefs, schedules, internal and external budgets and resource plan
Manage and oversee internal planning calendar, resourcing availability and assignment calendar
Manage resourcing availability and assignment calendar, internal planning calendar for project deliverables & milestone dates.
Manage project budgets. Set clear budget goals & report actual performance aagainst budget & perform regular feedback with Executive team, making recommendations for improvement initiatives. Provide immediate & timely identification of budget deviations, negotiating change orders with clients or taking internal actions as necessary.
Experience:
8+ years of project managing at an advertising agency or production company, preferably in the entertainment space.
Must have experience with all aspects of key art development and print production from concept to final execution and delivery.
Experience in television, film, still photographic production, art direction and print production terminology and best practices & content security requirements.
Must have extensive experience in Social & Digital projects
Salary Range: $100,000 - 115,000 /annual
