Coordinator, Partner Marketing - Hulu

Job Summary:

Are you a fan of Hulu’s diverse slate of award-winning content? Are you a marketing enthusiast with a knack for project management and an interest in the entertainment industry? At Hulu, we are seeking a Coordinator, Partner Marketing, who will play a critical role in assisting and supporting Hulu’s Partner Marketing team. In this role, you will plan and execute marketing campaigns across Hulu’s device partner platforms (Amazon, Roku, Samsung, PlayStation, XBOX, and more). As the Coordinator, Partner Marketing, you will work closely with many stakeholders to effectively carry out team initiatives. Impeccable organization skills, attention to detail, and experience managing multiple projects in an organized and timely fashion is a must. Responsibilities:

  • Support Hulu’s Partner Marketing team in the day-to-day operation of marketing strategies and campaigns across Device and Wholesale Partners.

  • Serve as team liaison developing great partner relationships (both internal and external) while managing assets, requests, and approvals in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaign initiatives relating to Hulu Originals, live and licensed content, Brand campaigns, including working with social, creative, media, PR, CRM, legal, and many more

  • Develop and assemble presentation materials, including partnership recaps, campaign summaries/learnings; opportunity to present and share ideas with wider team

  • Occasional administrative duties including managing team meetings, compiling, and circulating meeting notes

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ experience in the entertainment field required.

  • Well-versed in Google sheets, slides, docs, Microsoft Suite, AirTable, Box

  • Understands appropriate language and tone for client-facing communication. Strong communication skills along with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

  • Can organize, clarify, and communicate complex ideas quickly, succinctly, and accurately.

  • A multi-tasker who is comfortable with having many projects going at once

  • Can change course, be flexible, and resourceful on short timeframes

  • Collaborate effectively in a fast paced, multi-faceted environment

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to switch between creative projects and analytical/technical projects with ease

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience


The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $52,400 to $70,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
