Aspect has an opening for a Creative Coordinator who is passionate about movie trailers and excited to join the team. We are an award-winning motion picture advertising agency based in North Hollywood, CA.
The Creative Coordinator will work closely with the Home Entertainment & Digital teams on various campaigns. They will provide support to Creative Directors and Producers, while also interfacing directly with clients to manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing requests. Ideal candidates should be organized and resourceful.
Location: North Hollywood, CA (Hybrid Schedule: T/W/Th In-Office)
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with supervising producers to track project deadlines
• Facilitate and manage client requests through completion
• Quality control all spots and materials before sending to clients
• Assign graphic requests and provide translation between clients and graphics
• Coordinate with finishing department to ensure quality control and organization
throughout the finishing process
• Book, schedule, and arrange payment for voiceover artists upon request
• Attend project related meetings and phone calls, take notes and distribute to team
• Maintain schedule and assignment priorities based on project timelines
• Manage elements received by clients and facilitate distribution to proper departments
• Learn and anticipate needs for campaign projects before issues arise
Qualifications:
• Experience in the entertainment / advertising industry, a plus!
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be deadline-driven and be able to manage the challenges of multiple deadlines
• Must be thorough, detail oriented and conscientious
• Proactive team-player and excellent problem-solving mindset
• Stellar follow-up and follow-through
• Strong knowledge of Filemaker Pro and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the finishing process also a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
The base pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00 per hour (non-exempt). This is a full-time position and you will be eligible for overtime pay. The base pay offered will depend on factors, including candidate's qualifications and relevant experience. Total compensation package will also include other elements, including paid time off, subsidized health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and 401(k).
