Marking Ads Service Manger (contract) Amazon MGM Studios
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Marketing Ads Services Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing marketing material requests from our internal Ad Sales partners for the entire Amazon MGM Studios Marketing campaign slate. The ideal candidate will work closely with Campaign teams to select the most effective sell sheet materials, ensuring all content is cleared with Legal, PR, and Studios Marketing Teams for up to 30 titles per quarter. The role involves managing bulk asset ingestion into our sell sheet mechanism, ensuring all materials and data are prepared for external sharing while adhering to strict legal and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities:
• Marketing Material Management: Handle requests for marketing materials from internal Ad Sales partners for all Amazon MGM Studios Marketing campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Campaign teams to identify and pull ideal sell sheet materials for promotional purposes.
• Clearance Coordination: Liaise with Legal, PR, and Studios Marketing Teams to secure clearances for up to 30 titles per quarter, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations and brand guidelines.
• Asset Ingestion and Management: Oversee the process of bulk asset ingestion into the sell sheet mechanism, ensuring materials and data are accurately captured and organized for easy access and distribution.
• External Sharing Preparation: Ensure that all materials and data are cleared and suitable for external sharing, including securing permissions, managing forensic watermarking, and adhering to privacy regulations.
• Publishing and Distribution: Oversee the final design and publishing of sell sheet assets, determining asset permissions, and distributing Sales Sheets to PV Ads and Ads Executives efficiently.
• Collaboration and Communication: Maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and adjustments to marketing materials as required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or advertising/ads sales, media and entertainment.
• Demonstrated experience managing marketing materials, clearances, and asset management.
• Very strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a combination of timely and ongoing projects simultaneously, with precision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively across different teams.
• Familiarity with legal and clearance processes related to marketing and advertising.
• Proficient in digital asset management systems, asset distribution systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Airtable, and related applications.
