UNFOLD is seeking a SOCIAL SPECIALIST to join our busy Social team!


The Social Specialist will be responsible for generating creative concepts that resonate with specific audiences on social platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok. This role requires a deep understanding of TikTok's unique culture and trends, enabling the development of authentic and engaging content ideas that transcend mere trend-hopping.


Responsibilities:

  • Be acutely aware of TikTok trends and user behaviors to develop innovative content ideas.

  • Craft authentic, platform-native concepts that align with the brand voice and audience interests.

  • Collaborate with creative leadership to refine ideas and ensure they are feasible within scope.

  • Monitor performance and feedback to refine and evolve content strategies.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in content creation or ideation, with a strong portfolio showcasing success.

  • Deep understanding of TikTok's content ecosystem, trends, and user engagement tactics.

  • Excellent creative thinking and communication skills, capable of translating abstract ideas into actionable concepts.

  • Agile and adaptable, with a keen sense for what makes content shareable and engaging.

  • You have a strong instincts for creative informed by an emotional hook.

  • You love movies, have an understanding of niche audiences, and can translate your love and understanding into engaging creative.

  • You care more about engagement than impressions.
