UNFOLD is seeking a SOCIAL SPECIALIST to join our busy Social team!
The Social Specialist will be responsible for generating creative concepts that resonate with specific audiences on social platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok. This role requires a deep understanding of TikTok's unique culture and trends, enabling the development of authentic and engaging content ideas that transcend mere trend-hopping.
Responsibilities:
Be acutely aware of TikTok trends and user behaviors to develop innovative content ideas.
Craft authentic, platform-native concepts that align with the brand voice and audience interests.
Collaborate with creative leadership to refine ideas and ensure they are feasible within scope.
Monitor performance and feedback to refine and evolve content strategies.
Skills:
Proven experience in content creation or ideation, with a strong portfolio showcasing success.
Deep understanding of TikTok's content ecosystem, trends, and user engagement tactics.
Excellent creative thinking and communication skills, capable of translating abstract ideas into actionable concepts.
Agile and adaptable, with a keen sense for what makes content shareable and engaging.
You have a strong instincts for creative informed by an emotional hook.
You love movies, have an understanding of niche audiences, and can translate your love and understanding into engaging creative.
You care more about engagement than impressions.
