Wild Card Editorial & Skip Films create the opening line (trailer, a/v assets), the moment that invites the audience into the story.
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER, SOCIAL MEDIA
The 3AM Social Account Manager leads the development and execution of social media campaigns for films, series and brands. The right candidate must be experienced in not only project management/production but also social media marketing/strategy. Internally, this role is the go-to person for cross-functional social teams, collaborating with designers, writers, editors, producers and strategists daily to pitch, scope, define, and deliver social campaigns from concept through creation. To our clients, the Social Account Manager is the go to day-to-day contact. A critical partner in the development of these high impact/high visibility initiatives, delivering campaigns that exceed client expectations. This person must be located in Los Angeles,CA. It is hybrid position.
Location: Culver City,CA (hybrid position)
Specific responsibilities include:
Internal Project Management:
Working with the Account Director to bid social campaigns, accurately estimate team hours, and draft SOWs for client approval
Define and oversee internal and external timelines, managing each pitch and project from start to finish
Ensuring internal team members are clear on next steps and action items after each meeting
Ensuring internal schedules, pipelines, and forecast documents remain up-to-date
Aggregating and writing post-mortem summaries, detailing the wins and learnings from each project
Campaign Production:
Leading creative development and an efficient asset production workflow with a team of editors, designers, and writers. Providing the first pass at notes based on client goals and social best practices
Managing client-facing asset trackers, production schedules, and notes docs
Ensuring deliverables are completed per spec and according to all client feedback
Working with the strategy team to build out content calendars informed by both the strategy and production
Overseeing campaign execution and publication. Working with a community manager to identify real-time engagement opportunities while ensuring posts are going up on schedule and to platform specs
Tracking burn, team hours against bids, and proactively flagging & proposing solutions for improved efficiency / performance based on project needs
Client Management:
Building relationships that ensure client satisfaction and actively identifying opportunities for on-going growth of new business.
Act as the liaison between the client and our internal teams, ensuring all fully understand project deliverables, schedules and client expectations
Leading client comms, including weekly calls and status emails, keeping them up to date on project status and relaying updates from the team
Assessing client needs and team challenges proactively to create and enable effective internal and external solutions
Who You Are:
You maintain a proactive lens as it pertains to social and digital campaign strategy, including staying on top of best practices, trends, cultural moments, product updates, emerging platforms, and new platform features
You consistently push the team to raise the bar on innovation and first-to-market concepts in the social ecosystem
You've got the ability to demonstrate exceptional client service, building strong relationships with our clients, setting expectations and delivering to the highest standards
You're comfortable leading a team of creatives and strategists on campaign pitches from brief to presentation to senior industry executives
You're dynamic, energetic and confident with a passionate interest in entertainment and brand marketing along with:
4+ years of social account experience at an agency
Existing relationships with networks and streamers
An in depth knowledge of industry trends
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence to drive a team toward delivering the best results for the project and company on time and on-budget
Meticulous, collaborative, patient, level headed, able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Keen organizational skills
Available to work a flexible schedule, based on project needs
Mastery in Project Management Tools, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
Pay Range
$100,000—$115,000 USD
