As an Editor at Unfold you are an integral member of our team, responsible for sculpting the narrative and visual rhythm of our video and multimedia projects. Your expertise, a balanced fusion of technical editing, prowess, and creative storytelling, ensures that your contributions not only captivate audiences, but also resonate with client goals and uphold unfold core values.
Engaged in every aspect of the editing process, you work in close collaboration with directors, motion designers, and other team members. This collaborative approach helps you were find the storytelling and narrative structure of each project. Your work is key in maintaining Unfold's esteemed reputation for innovative, strategically-aligned video production.
Responsibilities
work with the creative team to develop effective narrative structures, and visual storytelling
Participate in editing, a video and multimedia projects, aligning them with project strategies and client goals
Maintain high standards of quality and creativity throughout the editing process
Assist in managing the editing aspects of projects from concept to completion producing content that effectively communicates the intended message
Align editing, work with unfolds what, why where process, upholding, strategic, and cultural relevance
Stay current with trends and video editing and technologies, implementing innovative techniques in your work
Engage in projects across divergent sectors, demonstrating versatility and innovation in editing
Requirements
Proficient in the in video editing with the ability to craft, engaging, narratives
Expertise and social media, marketing, understanding, cultural trends, and committed to creating consumer-centric video content
Effective collaboration and communication skills, essential for teamwork and integrating feedback
Ability to handle multiple editing tasks in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Creative and innovative mindset, familiar with editing software and technologies
Understanding of storytelling, video editing principles, and the overall creative process
Problem-solving skills in the capacity for timely decision-making in creative work.
