Senior Producer - Buddha Jones
This position is a fast-paced, intense job that requires someone who can spearhead multiple projects and campaigns at once. In addition to collaborating closely with top tier creatives, this role requires a deft management of creative teams and client needs while working towards building and strengthening internal and client relationships. This position is responsible for overseeing high level creative and is accountable for the business, experience, and the creative on projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships.
Possess a unique creative vision and have a strong point of view on editorial excellence.
Experience juggling multiple projects at once and leading creative meetings.
Shepherd projects through from start to finish.
Create opportunities that lead to additional projects and growth.
Manage, motivate, inspire and mentor different teams.
Partner with other departments including producers, editors, coordinators, music supervisors, writers, graphics, and finishing.
Interpret and disseminate client notes.
Give and receive consistent open feedback and have difficult conversations.
Responsible for breaking down series and films and becoming immersed in the material.
Partner with finance to ensure all billing is accurate, fair and timely.
Skills/Qualities:
Have superior knowledge of AV - can understand other ideas and knows how to execute them
Strong leadership skills and a high emotional intelligence
