3AM is our content innovation studio. We use insights to identify an audience & how to immerse them into a world, then turn stories into participation-first content and experiences (social campaigns, original content, experiential, etc.)
Wild Card Editorial & Skip Films create the opening line (trailer, a/v assets), the moment that invites the audience into the story.
Purpose
We are looking for a builder to join our creative team. A creative editor who puts ideas first, cares about craft, and can create exciting rabbit holes into our clients worlds. A fearless creator with a great understanding of social media marketing, who is always looking for new and exciting ways to engage audiences. A storyteller armed with a social-first POV, who has a strong ability to execute original integrated content in a fast-paced environment. Ready to join our team as a strong collaborator, who can work closely with the creative and account team to manage the workload, resources, clients and creative of the social creative team while consistently delivering high-quality work. This team produces a lot of content at a quick pace, so the ability to juggle multiple assets at once is key.
Job Responsibilities
Conceive and edit trailers, teasers, and social first content for both entertainment and brand clients
Collaborate with producers, motion graphics, music, and finishing teams to ensure creative vision is achieved
Take creative risks, elevating both production and editorial elements to produce engaging content
Participate in brainstorming sessions and assist in bringing creative ideas to life
Ensure creative vision of our clients is brought to fruition
Organize and manage a high volume of edits and deliverables while ensuring they are prepared in the proper formats and meet all specs
Fulfill various deliverables in a variety of formats efficiently and on deadline
Consistently align creative output with client objectives, social specs, and platform best practices
Required Skills
Minimum of three years of experience editing theatrical trailers, TV spots, or social first brand campaign content
Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro with strong experience in sound design, audio editing, and cleanup
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects strongly preferred
Experience in motion graphics and animation strongly preferred
Proven creative success in storytelling with theatrical trailers or social first brand campaigns and an understanding of social media best practices and audience engagement strategies
A conceptual thinker capable of developing entertaining, platform-specific content with a strong focus on short-form storytelling
Ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines, working efficiently while maintaining a strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels within the company and external partners
Must provide a reel showcasing finished work

Pay Range
$75,000—$95,000 USD
