Role Description 👌
We’re seeking a Motion Designer to collaborate with us on upcoming projects. This role will begin on a freelance or project-by-project basis, with the potential to evolve into a full-time position for the right fit.
We are looking for LA-based designers who can breathe life into their designs through motion. We are NOT seeking animators who dabble in design. If you live and breathe composition, color theory, typography, and then enjoy taking it further with motion, we’d love to connect.
Key Criteria 👌
Minimum 2yrs experience in social content for the Entertainment industries
Your static frames/designs must be as compelling as your animations
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Advanced knowledge of Adobe & Maxon suites
C4D MoGraph expert
AE compositing wizard
Ability to focus and perform under pressure
Unequivocal passion & enthusiasm in honing your craft
Bonus Criteria 👌
Video Editing chops
Sound design
Advanced knowledge of Arnold (C4DtoA)
Key Responsibilities 👌
Design and animate engaging motion graphics & visuals for various digital platforms (social media, web, video, etc.)
Collaborate with our creative team (art directors, editors, copywriters) to ideate, comp and execute.
Incorporate feedback and iterate designs in a timely manner.
Ensure all deliverables meet internal standards.
