Senior Producer Print - Full-Time

As Sr Producer, you’ll support the Print Creative team in servicing the all-encompassing needs of studio and network clients. We’re looking for a confident and energetic team player with a passion for entertainment advertising. You’ll be responsible for managing the print production process from start to finish, working directly with the client and cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support EVP, Accounts as required to best service the needs of Legion’s clients. Deputize for EVP as necessary.
Lead allocated client projects within the agency, from writing the creative brief to ensuring all appropriate agency personnel maintain a full understanding of the project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Support Print Creative team to ensure resources are in place to meet project needs and timelines.
Liaise with client’s marketing partners (i.e. print vendors, asset management vendors, photographers, etc.)
Asset management including ingesting and distributing assets to internal/external teams, organizing presentations, collaborating with print production and finishing teams, final file delivery, server cataloguing and archiving.
Support EVP in monitoring expenses against budgets and drafting POR’s and invoices upon project completion..
Successfully negotiate and resolve creative, scheduling, and budgetary conflicts. Troubleshoot situations that occur during project development and production.
Ensure that Legion is operating in compliance with agency guidelines and client contractual agreements, particularly in regards to content security and finances (i.e. rate cards, RFPs and SOWs).
Work with EVP to ensure Legion’s latest projects, talent and services are showcased on our social channels, websites and via direct communication in a timely manner.
Experience:
10+ years of project managing at an entertainment advertising agency or production company.
Must be familiar with all aspects of key art development and print production from concept to final execution and delivery.
Must be familiar with television, film, still photographic production, art direction and print production terminology, best practices and content security requirements.
Must be organized, autonomous, decisive and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Outlook, Slack, Zoom and Google Suite.
Salary Range: $100,000-115,000/annual
