ACD Copy and Creative Strategy (Social Digital) - Motive
+ RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops original, breakthrough creative concepts for multiple social + digital campaigns running concurrently.
Guides and shapes creative work to the highest standards; working closely with editors, motion designers and producers on the execution of social + digital pitches and campaigns.
Develops written concepts and copy across multiple projects, primarily digital but not exclusively.
Responsible for the execution of pitch decks, including; setting of project tone and/or vision, reference titles, mood boards, written concepts, mock ups, experiential concepts, special shoot concepts and any other executions requested by the client and/or agreed upon by the internal creative team.
Participates in client calls, client pitches and presentations.
Works with Social Coordinator in staying on deadline for projects and in assessing project needs and how to allocate available resources.
Consults with Producers and Creative Directors regularly on project status and resource allocation.
Promotes healthy and collaborative teams; including proactively taking opportunities to mentor junior staff and provide constructive feedback for their growth and development.
Participates in determining company awards submissions, including the first round of curation.
Comfortably keeps up to date with the zeitgeist in entertainment, music and culture.
Creates and sustains a culture of radical candor, collaboration, team building, etc.
+ WHAT YOU’VE GOT
An experienced creative perspective and ability to concept and execute Social + Digital creative across Theatrical / TV / Streaming AV campaigns. You have a knowledge and interest in multiple genres, are comfortable taking creative risks and collaborating with designers and editors towards a common vision.
Expertise in conceptual thinking, copywriting, film/trailer narrative and editorial technique.
Strong interpersonal skills; including the ability to listen, empathize, give feedback, establish a common goal or vision and keep creatives energized and inspired.
Strong emotional intelligence; including self-awareness, resiliency and an ability to manage time, energy and stress.
Growth mindset, a desire to continually learn and evolve as a creative and as a senior member of staff.
