Kit Assembly – Capacity 10 to 15
Volunteers can support the efforts of our Community Health Services team by assembling outreach, safe sex, or fentanyl-testing kits for distribution. These kits serve as valuable resources through harm reduction, enabling our clients to better manage their wellbeing. Kits can be assembled at our offices in Hollywood, or in corporate partners’ office spaces.
Closet Organization – Capacity 5
The Center provides Resource Closets for youth, ages 18 to 24, experiencing homelessness in Hollywood. The closets serve as an affirming resource, enabling community members to access hygiene kits in addition to clothing that is both gender-affirming and workforce ready. Volunteers can support staff with sorting and organizing our inventory of donated goods, so youth may quickly find essentials and identify any gaps in readily-available resources.
Senior Pantry – Capacity 5
Senior Pantry provides food relief for low-income seniors within Los Angeles County. Seniors will have access to nutritious food items, hygiene, and other essential supplies. Volunteers will assemble bags of essential goods, including food items and hygiene, and organize our shelving space.
