About the job


Buddha Jones is looking for a creative, culturally plugged-in Content Creator to join our growing social team and help shape the voice of a global food brand across social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, has strong instincts for internet culture and trends, and knows how to turn ideas into engaging, platform-native content quickly and effectively.


You’ll be responsible for concepting, creating, and executing social-first content that drives engagement and keeps brands relevant in the conversation. From real-time trend participation to developing recurring content series, this role blends creative storytelling, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution across today’s leading and emerging social platforms.


What You’ll Do

  • Create and execute engaging social content strategies aligned with brand and campaign goals

  • Develop trend-driven, real-time content that resonates with audiences and drives conversation

  • Produce platform-native creative for Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, and YouTube Shorts

  • Identify emerging trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to inform content opportunities

  • Build and maintain editorial calendars to support ongoing campaigns and social initiatives

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure social content aligns with broader marketing objectives

  • Act as a day-to-day social lead for client communications and collaboration

  • Support publishing, community management, and audience engagement across platforms

  • Analyze content performance and provide recommendations for optimization and growth

  • Assist with client-facing presentations, creative pitches, and reporting


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first creative work and high-performing content

  • Deep understanding of internet culture, platform trends, and audience behavior

  • Experience creating content specifically for TikTok and Instagram

  • Strong editing and design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Familiarity with social management and analytics tools such as Sprout, Sprinklr, and Meta Business Suite

  • Ability to work quickly, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Experience interpreting performance metrics and applying insights to future creative

  • Passion for creating culturally relevant content that feels native to each platform

  • Previous experience managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus Apply here!
